The service

ShipSeeker provides international trade statistics and tariff information compiled from public government sources (U.S. Census Bureau, UN Comtrade, USITC).

No warranty & not professional advice

Data is provided "as is" for informational purposes and may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date figures. Duty rates, Section 301 tariffs, and landed-cost estimates are estimates only and are not customs, legal, tax, or financial advice. Always verify with a licensed customs broker or U.S. Customs and Border Protection before making import decisions.

Accounts & subscriptions

You are responsible for your account credentials. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape at scale, resell the data in bulk, abuse the service, or attempt to disrupt it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipSeeker is not liable for any losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the data or service.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service; continued use means acceptance of changes.
